Product availability

The sale of the products will depend on whether they are available or not. In no case will the company intentionally offer for sale more units than it has available. Right not to accept the order

The company may cancel any order that has been confirmed or not accept it for the following reasons:

Method of payment

Orders will not be processed or shipped on local holidays in Catalonia or Spanish national holidays.

Delivery times will be from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. according to delivery shifts.

Estimated delivery times may be altered due to logistical reasons or force majeure.

The customer will be informed if there are delays in delivery. The company undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address provided by the customer and, in any case, deliveries must be made within the aforementioned territory of application.

Once the order has been delivered, the customer shall be responsible for the risks associated with the products.

When the customer receives the products, he/she must make sure that the package is in good condition in the presence of the courier delivering the ordered product and state on the delivery note any type of defect in the packaging that he/she may detect. If delivery has not been arranged within 7 working days after the order has been shipped, the customer must contact the company. If the customer fails to do so within 10 working days of the order being dispatched for delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges incurred in returning the goods to their place of origin, as well as any possible associated handling fees.

If the packaging is lost and therefore undeliverable, our courier service will check it. In these cases, our courier service usually takes between one and three weeks to get back to you.

Shipping costs and delivery times

All products in our store have free shipping. No additional shipping costs will be applied.

Deliveries take a maximum of 4 working days if the order is placed before 13:30.


Purchased products (other than those mentioned above), may be returned and refunded provided that the customer informs the company of his intention to return the purchased product(s) within 10 working days from the date of delivery.

The company will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent and may use the courier service of its choice.

In any case, the customer must provide the company with information about the returned products (chosen courier company, date, time, etc.).


A refund will be paid for the same amount that was paid for the returned products minus the cost of the return service.
Only when the products delivered are defective or incorrect, the company will reimburse the costs incurred in their return.

Partial refunds will be paid for returns and partial cancellations of products.

The company will process the return order by the same system as the one used for payment within 8 days of confirmation that the returned order has arrived at the warehouse. The refund will be credited to the customer’s account depending on the issuing institution.

Information on orders placed outside the territory of application

Duties, import duties, import taxes and other taxes may be charged on orders to be shipped to countries or regions outside the applicable territory; these must be paid when the product is delivered to its destination.

Product warranty

The company guarantees the customer (purchaser of the products) that the product will be free of material and/or labor defects for its normal use and service.

The Warranty Period is 1 year as long as the product is “properly used”. Proper use” is considered when the product is used for yoga and/or meditation exercises indoors, in a studio or on flat surfaces, which are not stony or jagged.
